Networking Keystone Workshop
Lord Sugar may have returned to the boardroom dishing out advice on what makes a good apprentice but back in the real world we have to shape future leaders without the resources of the BBC.
Whichever side of the boardroom table you are on we all have the same challenge of recognizing the skills needed by New Leaders and finding a cost effective way of improving them.
Career Keystones is a training organization that has worked in Europe’s Number 1 Business School* to develop a syllabus that has identified five core competencies needed to remove the road blocks and avoid the pitfalls faced by an emerging leader.
In this first workshop we are looking at Networking skills. This explores social communication and covers:
· The Brand of YOU
· The Art of Conversation,
· First Impressions,
· Building Rapport,
· Business Etiquette
· Thinking on your feet
As a result of this training you will find that you:
· Build better relationships with potential customers
· Appear more confident
· Avoid First Encounters being Last Encounters
· Look more professional in front of the big boss
· Cope more easily with unstructured situations
· Maintain conversations
· Learn how to plan your network
Our workshops deliver the techniques and practice you need to walk into the room with confidence.
It may only be common sense in many people’s eyes but we find that it is not very common practice. Joining this workshop is a very useful way to help ensure that the Apprentice stays hired and the sale is made.
After all – it impacts your business.
